From the white snow paradise Norway to Mediterranean Portugal. On March 29th to April 1st, FIA Junior Rally Championship Rd.2 Rally De Portugal will be held. Portugal has come back to the WRC rounds. For the Junior's it is the first time ever. Portugal had done the championship by their own to again be part of WRC from 2005, and Urmo was invited to participate and entered from Suzuki Sport Europe.

In 2006, Urmo Aava has competed against top categories with Suzuki Swift Super 1600 and became overall 6th, class win. Portugal is a mixture of fast smooth gravel to narrow rough mountain area. Let's see how drivers go through this tricky event. .

Suzuki will have official team, P-G Andersson and Urmo Aava. Customers will be Jaan Molder, Aigar Pars, and Vilius Rozkus. All uses Suzuki Swift Super 1600.

Rally De Portugal will start Thursday, March 29th at 17:30. Ceremonial start and Super Special Stages will be held. Total 18 stages, 357.10km. First gravel rally will start very shortly. Please watch on Suzuki Swift Super 1600 and the 5 drivers run across Portugal!
